The Plan for September

September is a good month, a transition month from summer to fall. And, it's a month of 30 days, so it fits perfectly with my idea of 30. This month, the theme is cocktails. If it goes well, then I have enough leftover cocktails to try to fill up two more months plus a little extra.

My friend Ched said that he's willing to play along, which will be nice, because we have such witty repartee and rarely agree with each other. He's going to Rome for more than a week at the beginning of September, though, and I have the sneaking suspicion that he'll be intimidated by the lead I have on him.

Alan is in. As he put it, he's taken beer as far as it can go. At least, I think that's how he put it. Anyway, Alan's with me on the experimentation thing. He might have even wittier repartee than Ched.

Kalil remains an objective observer.

Anyone else is welcome to join in at any time.

Anyway, cocktails. I'm going for the traditional sorts this go-around.
