It's a vodka-cranberry, or vodka-cran.

Appearance: Red, with ice.
Consistency: It's juice.
Taste: Dry. Almost puckery.
Stomach acceptance: Like I said, it's juice.
Good drink for: The Great Gatsby.
Hangover factor: Low. It's juice.
Would I actually order this in public? Not unless I was ready to crack someone's head open with the glass. (See: The Departed.)
